Tivory Bartlett Identified As Victim In Fatal Sheetz Shooting: Coroner (Update)

The man fatally shot in the parking lot of a Sheetz convenience store in East Manchester Township on Christmas Eve has been identified as Tivory Bartlett, 23, of Douglassville, Pennsylvania, the York County Coroner’s Office announced on Thursday, Dec. 26.

The shooting occurred at 4309 North George Street Extension, with the first emergency call received around 5:15 p.m. Bartlett was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:32 p.m., according to Deputy Coroner Molly York, who responded to investigate and certify the death.

An autopsy conducted on Thursday confirmed that Bartlett died from multiple gunshot wounds, and the manner of death has been ruled a homicide.

York County Regional Police Department, assisted by County of York detectives, is leading the investigation. Authorities have not disclosed any information about suspects or other individuals involved but stated there is no immediate danger to the public.

This marks the 12th homicide in York County this year, with seven occurring outside city limits and five within the city.
